DM Concierge Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maryland limited liability company providing premium concierge, executive support, and family logistics services. Our principal place of business is in the State of Maryland, United States of America.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect the personal information of visitors to our website at www.dmconservices.com and clients who engage our services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Note on geographic scope: DM Concierge Services, LLC serves US clients located domestically and internationally. Because some of our clients may be physically located in jurisdictions with specific data privacy requirements (including the European Union and other regions), we are committed to applying privacy practices that respect the highest applicable standard. A comprehensive attorney-reviewed Privacy Policy addressing all applicable jurisdictions is currently being finalized and will replace this document.

  • Your client segment (e.g. executive, military family, diplomat household)
  • Your primary service need as described in your inquiry

  • Payment information processed through third-party payment processors (we do not store payment card details)
  • Documents and credentials you provide during the onboarding process for the purpose of delivering services

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, standard web server logs and analytics tools may collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source
  • Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

  • Payment processors: Wise, Stripe, Zelle, ACH Transfer, PayPal Business, and Venmo Business, solely for the purpose of processing payments. Each processor has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your payment data.
  • Service delivery: Contractors engaged by DM Concierge Services, LLC to assist in delivering your services operate under strict confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer: In the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent confidentiality protections.

We will never sell your personal information. Ever.

How We Protect Your Information

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Our security practices include:

  • Secure password management using 1Password — credentials are never stored in plain text or shared via unsecured channels
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on all systems that hold client data
  • VPN use when accessing client systems on public or unsecured networks
  • Access controls — only authorized team members may access client information, on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure file storage using cloud platforms with access permissions set at the individual client level
  • Prompt reporting of any suspected security incident to affected clients
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to maintaining and improving our protections continuously.

How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Specifically:

  • Client files and agreements are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the conclusion of services, in accordance with standard business record-keeping practices
  • Inquiry information from non-clients (website contact form submissions that did not result in an engagement) is retained for no longer than twelve (12) months
  • Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting obligations

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, your information will be securely deleted or anonymized.

As a client or website visitor, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Right to access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Right to correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information

Our website uses minimal tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or third-party retargeting pixels. Any cookies used are strictly functional — necessary for the website to operate correctly (for example, remembering form state during your session).

You may configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Doing so will not affect your ability to access or use our website or services.

DM Concierge Services, LLC provides premium concierge, executive support, and family logistics services including but not limited to: administrative and scheduling support, family and education coordination, relocation and PCS planning, concierge and lifestyle support, digital organization, research services, insurance claim navigation (administrative coordination only), pet relocation coordination, and business support services.

All services described on this Website are for informational purposes. Actual service delivery, pricing, scope, and terms are governed by a separately executed written Service Agreement. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer or contract for services.

Important disclaimer: Insurance claim navigation services offered by DM Concierge Services, LLC are administrative coordination only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Veterinarian research is informational only and does not constitute veterinary advice. Research services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

The limitation of liability set forth above does not apply to liability arising from the actual delivery of services, which is governed by your separately executed Service Agreement with DM Concierge Services, LLC.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Maryland.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.
